Use your @dreamproperty.qa email and password. Account ID (for example U-001) still works if you have one.
First time? Open the invitation link you received to set your password. Every staff account sets up an authenticator on first sign-in. After that, sign-in asks for a code.
Authenticator required
Scan the code with Microsoft Authenticator, or any TOTP app, then enter the 6-digit code. Store the backup codes offline. Sign-in asks for a code after this.
Choose a new password
This sign-in used a temporary password. Pick a new one (at least 10 characters) before the CRM opens. It must be different from the temporary password.
Reset password
This creates a one-time link. Mail Center sends it only when SMTP or Microsoft Graph credentials are saved. Until then this screen says the email was not sent, and an IT Manager copies the link from the delivery log. An administrator can also set the password with crm-admin set-password.
